I understand how locking the threads may look. In case the issue is still not solved, but technical support agreement already expired, we do continue to assist Customers until the issue is resolved. It is 30 days long, since if the product has any issues, they will appear during the first month of usage. Your concern regarding support payment and threads locked are entirely understandable, and I will be glad to shed the light to the situation. Please, follow the instructions I've provided Gareth and Larry with Skip. From your messages I assume that NSB is not working for you as expected. Marshall, I entirely understand your frustration and concern. Tim, have you tried the update? Does it work for you? Please, send this information either to me or to support directly. We can fix this, but we need to know what exactly to fix. Mainly we've changed the drivers, so in case the NSB still doesn't work, there should be the glitch in the drivers. Gareth, Larry, Skip, as you know, our Development team made a significant change in the NSB architecture, and implemented it to the latest update.
